Dwellings let through a social letting office
Any landlord letting one or more dwellings through a social letting office can benefit from a tax reduction for each dwelling if he has them renovated. |
The tax reduction comes to a maximum of 45% of the expenses actually incurred and is spread over a period of nine years. This means that each year this measure gives you 960 euros.
Conditions:
- The total cost of work must come to at least 9,760 euros including VAT
- The dwelling must have been occupied for at least 15 years
- The work must have been carried out by a registered contractor
