This loan is usually granted at favorable rates and there is often an associated tax benefit.
- The loan can be repaid, by agreement with the lending institution, at intervals that coincide with your ability to pay.
- The loan has a fixed rate of interest but this is defined on the basis of the amount borrowed and the repayment period. You therefore know what to expect.
