Compulsory ventilation

Good air quality is the third priority of the Building Energy Performance requirements, with the introduction of minimum ventilation standards.
There are several air renewal possibilities: natural ventilation (for example, via ventilation grates in frames or walls and airflow grates in external doors), mechanical ventilation (using electric fans) or a combination of the two.
