Credit agents

Bank insurer, insurance broker or credit broker? Who should you apply to for your loan?

The bank insurer

A few years ago bankers became "bank insurers" in order to be able to offer both banking products and insurance products. However, only the insurance company associated with the bank can make a proposal for credit with reconstitution of capital (branches 21 and 23).

Insurance broker

The insurance broker only offers insurance products. Under a mortgage arrangement, therefore, he only sells endowment policies.

Credit broker

This service provider is not dependent on any financial institution and can therefore offer products offered by companies that commission him to do so, bearing in mind the particular circumstances of the applicant for the loan.
