A 2 month rental deposit (1700 €) is required. The apartment is suitable as a residence for 2 persons. The internet consumption is separate and at the expense of the tenant. The supermarket AH is 100m from the studio. There is a launderette in the immediate vicinity. The entire apartment is very well insulated and double glazed windows have been installed.
