The Bailli is the result of the renovation of a vast modernist-style building emblematic of the Avenue Louise. With shops on the ground floor and 61 apartments of various types and sizes on the seven upper floors, this project represents a perfect harmony between 1950s modernism and a more contemporary style. When designing this project, the developer made a point of preserving and completely renovating the building's period architectural structure in order to restore it to its former appearance.
