We are temporarily renting out our fully furnished house due to a long trip. Available from the beginning of October 2025, until June 2026.
The photos give a good impression, but the third bedroom (or office space) and the storage room are not included. The bathroom (with bath) is also still in full renovation and will be brand new and ready for whoever moves in.
Wooden floors everywhere, all rooms lovingly renovated, recent high-efficiency boiler: in short: house is in excellent condition!
EPC still needs to be checked, as rear facade insulation, basement insulation and roof insulation have recently been installed.

- excellent location (5 minutes walk from Ghent Sint Pieters station, and 5 minutes by bike to the Korenmarkt)
- exceptionally quiet street (one-way street without through traffic) with families, few students.
- three schools within 200 meters

Rent includes biweekly choice session and Telenet internet. Costs are settled based on consumption.

Preferably without a domicile, but negotiable.
