The facades combine 27 cm concrete panels with insulated metal sandwich panels. The floor is a 15 cm reinforced concrete slab with 4 cm XPS insulation. The steel deck roof has at least 100 mm PIR insulation and a skylight for natural light.


Equipment per unit
Units are supplied as a shell for your own interior. Each unit has an anthracite electric sectional door with remote control and an aluminium wicket door with a skylight. Utilities include water and electricity (3F400V-40A). There is a waiting tube for data and telephony.


Sustainability and water
Each unit has solar panels (+/- 3,600Wp) on the roof. There is a 5,000L private rainwater well with suction line.


Safety and construction
