The BEN apartments will be equipped with energy-efficient heat pumps, and solar panels will also be installed.
The Hogeweg is a pleasant street with lots of greenery and ideal for commuting. For this reason, there is also an exceptional bicycle shed at the project. By bike you can reach the Gent-Dampoort station in 10 minutes. From there you can easily reach all major cities. If you choose the car, you can drive onto the R4 in just 5 minutes.
