This bright, cozy studio is located on the 2nd floor of a small apartment building. It is situated right next to the shopping streets and a 5-minute walk from Leuven Station. The studio features a living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4 stoves), a hallway with a large closet and small freezer, a sleeping area, a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and is furnished as shown in the photos: a double bed (140 cm wide—mattress available upon request), a dining table with 4 chairs, a small coffee table, a two-seater sofa, and a desk. There is also a balcony facing the street.
The rent is 700 euros per month, with additional fee of 160 euros. This includes a heating and water allowance. The tenant must arrange contracts for private electricity and internet service with providers of his/her choice. The studio is available from August 1st 2026.

Deze lichtrijke, gezellige studio ligt op de 2de verdieping in een klein appartementsgebouw. Gelegen in de onmiddellijke nabijheid van de winkelstraten en 5min wandelen van station Leuven. De studio beschikt over een leefruimte met open en volledig geïnstalleerde keuken (grote frigo, oven, microgolfoven, 4 kookplaten), hal met grote kast en kleine diepvriezer, slaaphoek, badkamer met douche, lavabo en toilet en is bemeubeld zoals men kan zien op de foto's: een tweepersoonsbed (140 cm breed - matras verkrijgbaar indien gewenst), eettafel met 4 stoelen, salontafel, tweepersoonszetel en bureau. Verder is er ook een balkon aanwezig, gelegen aan de straatkant.
De huurprijs bedraagt 700euro per maand, de gemeenschappelijke kosten bedragen 160 euro. Dit is inclusief provisie verwarming en water. De contracten voor het privatief verbruik van elektriciteit en internet dient de huurder zelf af te sluiten bij leveranciers naar keuze.
De studio is beschikbaar vanaf 1 augustus 2026.
