Hello! I am renting out a bright, fully furnished bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment (Molstraat, Leuven). I am a 30+ Chinese female professional, single, and working here. I occupy the master bedroom and am looking for a reliable female roommate for the second room.



The Space:

1. Your Room: A cozy private bedroom with a comfortable single bed and storage. Fully furnished—no need to buy any furniture!

2. Shared Areas: Full access to a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a lovely private garden.

3. Storage & Parking: Includes access to a private garage (perfect for parking or extra storage). Free parking is also available in front of the house.

4. Location: Quiet and green neighborhood, close to E40 highway. Supermarkets and bus stops within 5-10 min walk. Approx. 2km to Leuven city ring.



Financials:

1. Rent: 600 €/month.

2. Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet): NOT included in the rent. If you stay less than 12 month, fixed cost of 150 euro will be charged. If you stay more than 12 month, these costs will be shared/split equally (50/50) between us based on actual consumption/invoices.



Ideal Roommate (Required):

1. Female only.

2. No pets allowed.

3. Healthy lifestyle & routine: Looking for someone who maintains a regular/quiet schedule (no late-night parties).

4. Non-smoker, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.



Terms:

1. Both short-term and long-term stays are negotiable.

2. Registration (Domiciliation) is possible.
