Located on the ring of Leuven (Leon Schruersvest), within walking distance of multiple KU Leuven campuses and the train station, you’ll find this lovely old mansion which is part of a larger cultural heritage site. The rooms are very well kept, but are clearly part of a protected historical building.

This room is fully furnished with a double bed, closet, desk and couch. There is a private vanity inside the room, the bathroom is shared with the other tenants. Due to the tall window and the ceiling height of 3.7m(!), the room is filled with natural light. The room is located on the first floor and has a view of the garden, filled with greenery.

The communal kitchen is fully equipped. The huge garden which has a lot of tree shade has a cozy seating area with a table and chairs.

The house is situated on a low-traffic street and is surrounded by greenery on both sides.

Rental price includes water, heating, electricity, and super fast wifi. There are no additional charges. We use the standard KUL student housing contracts.

Gelegen op de ring van Leuven (Léon Schruersvest), op wandelafstand van verschillende campussen van de KU Leuven en het treinstation, vind je dit prachtige oude herenhuis dat deel uitmaakt van een groter cultureel erfgoedcomplex. De kamers zijn goed onderhouden en maken duidelijk deel uit van een beschermd historisch gebouw.

Deze kamer is volledig ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed, kast, bureau en bank. Er is een eigen lavabo in de kamer; de badkamer wordt gedeeld met de andere huurders. Dankzij het hoge raam en de plafondhoogte van 3,7 m (!) baadt de kamer in natuurlijk licht. De kamer bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping en biedt uitzicht op de groene tuin.

De gemeenschappelijke keuken is volledig uitgerust. De enorme tuin met veel schaduw van bomen heeft een gezellige zithoek met een tafel en stoelen.

Het huis ligt aan een autoluwe straat en is aan beide kanten omgeven door groen.

De huurprijs is inclusief water, verwarming, elektriciteit en supersnelle wifi. Er zijn geen extra kosten. We hanteren de standaard KUL-huurcontracten voor studentenhuisvesting.
