This duplexstudio is located in a very central part of Leuven. The train and busstation are located at a one minute walking distance. You can find several supermarkets on 1 to max. 6 minutes walking distance. The flat offers a very central location aswell as a quiet atmosphere. The building has a historical atmosphere that can also be seen in the rest of the building. The studio has a modern kitchen (electric cooker, fridge, dishwasher) and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is wooden flooring through the whole studio. The mezzanine is divided in a sleeping area and storage room with a washing machine. A personal closet is present in the hallway of the building to store some items. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
