In een statige herenwoning in de Van Geertstraat, samen met de Dodoensstraat een van de leukste straten in Borgerhout, werden vier kantoren ingericht. Een stijlvolle, brede inkomhal met een mozaïekvloer en moulures maakt sowieso indruk op je bezoekers en klanten. Verder werd er bij de renovatie voor gekozen om ook de andere authentieke elementen op de verdiepingen te bewaren: een marmeren sierhaard, houten vloeren en de originele tegels in de bergruimte en het aparte toilet. Dat historische karakter wordt gecombineerd met het hedendaags comfort van ingebouwde airconditioning. De kitchenette biedt de mogelijkheid om ter plaatse een lunch te bereiden: er is een koelkast, spoelbak, microgolfoven en een mobiele kookplaat. De ligging is buitengewoon praktisch: op amper 650 meter van het station Antwerpen-Centraal. De gemene kosten bedragen 150 euro/maand en zijn een provisie voor het privatief verbruik van water, verwarming, elektriciteit, en internet en het wekelijkse onderhoud van de gemene delen.
