It has 4 floors and a beautiful garden. On the main floor there is an open kitchen with a terrace and a big living room all surrounded by windows as well as a toilet for guests. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms and a laundry space. On the top floor there is a spacious attic with 5 velux (including fully darkening blinds) that we currently use as working space and spare bedroom. Additionally there is a garage and driveway with space for an 2 cars / bikes. Furthermore, the bottom floor has 2 additional rooms for storage or hobbies.
The house has 10 solar panels (greatly reducing electricity consumption) and includes all necessary appliances to move in (washing machine, dryer, coffee machine, toaster, TV...). The rental price also includes a cleaning service of 3h every 2 weeks.

Located in a prime location in Kessel Lo. By bike it is only 5 minutes to the train station and 6 min to the center of the city. Close to a nice forest for walks and sport activities. Also close to schools, public transport and kids park.

Het heeft 4 verdiepingen en een prachtige tuin. Op de begane grond is er een open keuken met terras en een grote woonkamer, allemaal omgeven door ramen, evenals een toilet voor de gasten. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich 3 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en een wasruimte. Op de bovenste verdieping bevindt zich een ruime zolder met 5 veluxen (inclusief volledig verduisterende zonwering) die we momenteel gebruiken als bureau en logeerkamer. Daarnaast is er een garage en oprit met ruimte voor 2 auto's en fietsen. De onderste verdieping heeft verder nog 2 extra kamers voor opslag of hobby's.
Het huis heeft 10 zonnepanelen (die het elektriciteitsverbruik sterk verminderen) en beschikt over alle benodigde apparatuur om direct in te trekken (wasmachine, droger, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, tv...). De huurprijs omvat ook een schoonmaakdienst van 3 uur elke 2 weken.

Gelegen op een toplocatie in Kessel-Lo. Met de fiets is het slechts 5 minuten naar het treinstation en 6 minuten naar het centrum van de stad. Dichtbij een mooi bos voor wandelingen en sportieve activiteiten aslook scholen, openbaar vervoer en park.
