This consists of a refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic heating and bar table with 2 chairs. Completely renovated bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. The studio is located on the 6th floor and there are 2 elevators in the building.
Pets are not allowed.
Annual contract: 850 euros/month incl. costs (water, central heating, electricity, WiFi/internet, maintenance of common areas). Shorter term rent also possible (price on request). Possibility to rent an underground parking space (+110 euros/month).
