- the apartment is located on the second floor of the building (with a total of three apartments). Nice neighbors! A private storage room and cellar are available;

- low monthly costs of EUR 75/month (this includes the common costs for the building and private heating). Electricity, water, and internet to be arranged separately.

The apartment is rented furnished (to be discussed further) and is available from late September/early October. Rental contract preferably for 1 year; two months of rental deposit required.
