From September 1, 2026 until February 28, 2027, I’m renting out my fully renovated and fully furnished apartment (86 m²) on the second floor of a small-scale building on Plantin & Moretuslei. Minimum rental period is 3 months, maximum 6 months.
The building has only four apartments. Which means: you actually get to know your neighbours (always nice) and you won’t be paying a fortune for unnecessary costs like an elevator or a property manager.
The apartment itself is completely move-in ready and filled with natural light thanks to its large south-facing glass façade. This not only creates a wonderfully bright living space, but also keeps the apartment pleasantly warm during colder months. And when summer heat hits, the external sunshade keeps things comfortably cool. Good for your comfort, good for your energy bill (EPC 164 – label B).
The apartment offers:
• a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen;
• two bedrooms, one of which is currently set up as a dressing room and opens onto a cosy terrace at the back;
• a bathroom with a bathtub (yes, an actual bathtub!) and double sink;

• a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer;

Van 1 september 2026 tot en met 28 februari 2027 verhuur ik mijn volledig gemeubeld en gerenoveerd appartement (86 m²) op de tweede verdieping van een kleinschalig gebouw aan de Plantin & Moretuslei. Minimumhuur is 3 maanden, maximum 6 maanden.
Het gebouw telt slechts vier appartementen. Dat betekent: je kent je buren (altijd gezellig) én je betaalt je niet blauw aan gemeenschappelijke kosten voor een lift of syndicus.
Het appartement zelf is volledig instapklaar en baadt in het daglicht dankzij de grote, zuidgerichte glaspartij. Daardoor blijft het er ook in de winter aangenaam warm, terwijl een buitenzonwering het in de zomer heerlijk koel houdt. Goed voor je comfort én voor je portemonnee (EPC 164 – label B).
het appartement beschikt over:
• een ruime leefruimte met open, volledig uitgeruste keuken;
• twee slaapkamers, waarvan één momenteel ingericht is als dressing met toegang tot een gezellig terras;
• een badkamer met ligbad én dubbele lavabo;
• een apart toilet;
• een aparte wasruimte met wasmachine en droogkast;
• een droge, gemeenschappelijke kelder.
