You enter and immediately see the nice winter garden where plants find a fine home. To the left you walk through to the large living-dining room on parquet floor. Across the entire width there are windows with an unobstructed view of the church square.

Next to the living room are both large bedrooms (20m² and 18m²). The rear bedroom is equipped with automatic shutters and gives direct access to the terrace. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with double sink, bathtub and separate shower. This is equipped with washing and drying machine.

Upon entering, turn right and you will find yourself in the kitchen. This is also large and well equipped with all necessary appliances. A handy utility room leads to the large, partly covered terrace.

In the entrance hall you can safely store your bicycle and in the basement there is room for your Christmas tree.
We rent our apartment almost completely furnished. Everything you see on the photos is included in the rent (except the plants). So all you have to do is pack your suitcase and start your Merksems adventure.

The location of the apartment is very convenient: a streetcar stop in front of the door that will take you to the central station in fifteen minutes, and via the bicycle bridge you are in no time in park spoor noord.

Groot, lichtrijk gemeubeld appartement met wintertuin en groot terras in voormalige notariswoning. Met uitzicht op het kerkplein van Merksem.

Je komt binnen en ziet meteen de leuke wintertuin waar planten een fijne thuis vinden. Links loop je door naar de grote woon- eetkamer op parketvloer. Over de hele breedte zijn er ramen met vrij zicht op het kerkplein.

Naast de woonkamer bevinden zich beide grote slaapkamers (20m² en 18m²). De achterste slaapkamer is voorzien van automatische rolluiken en geeft direct toegang tot het terras. Tussen beide slaapkamers is de badkamer met dubbele lavabo, bad en aparte douche. Deze is voorzien van was- en droogmachine.

Ga je bij het binnekomen naar rechts, dan kom je in de keuken terecht. Deze is ook groot en goed voorzien van alle nodige aparaten. Via een handige bijkeuken kom je op het grote, deels overdekte terras.

In de inkomhal kan je je fiets veilig stallen en in de kelder is er plaats voor je kerstboom.

We verhuren ons appartement bijna volledig bemeubeld. Alles wat je op de foto's ziet, wordt mee verhuurd (behalve de planten). Je hoeft dus enkel je koffer in te pakken en kan beginnen aan je Merksems avontuur.

De ligging van het appartement is bijzonder handig: een tramhalte voor de deur die je op een kwartiertje naar het centraal station brengt, en via de fietsbrug ben je in een wip in park spoor noord.
