You can find the duplexflat in the hart of the city centre. The trainstation, Oude and Grote markt are at aproximately 5 minutes walking distance. You can find a big supermarket at 2 minutes walking distance. The flat has a kitchen , livingroom, and a mezzanine where you can find the sleeping area, shower and toilet. The kitchen is equiped with an electric cooker, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher and a freestanding oven. There is a calm atmosphere in the building. Rent of the flat includes several furniture: table and chairs, drawer, TV cabinet and bed. If a candidate renter would be interested, there is a possibility to buy the sofas from the current renter. There is no seperate bikestorage in the building but a foldable bike or step can be easily placed in the basement of the building. The building is no student accomodation. Students can not be a candidate for renting. The renter needs to register the address of the flat as their official address at the city hall. Renting price is 825 Euro. Maintenance of the communal areas are included in the rental price. A monthly fix amount of 135 Euro is charged for water, electricity and gas. Internetprovider is for the renter to organise. A rental contract of 1 year with possibility for extension. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the building. De studio is available as from 15 september 2026. Deze duplexflat is gelegen op de Bondgenotenlaan in het hartje van Leuven. Het station , Oude en Grote markt zijn gelegen op circa 5 minuten wandelafstand. Een grotere supermarkt ligt op 2 minuten wandelafstand. De flat beschikt over een ingebouwde keuken, living en mezzanine waar het slaapgedeelte, douche en WC zich bevinden.
