Are you looking for a comfortable student room or studio in Leuven for the upcoming semester? A newly renovated student accommodation project is currently under development at Schapenstraat 143-145 and will be fully completed by 8 February 2027.

The project consists of two renovated buildings offering a total of 17 comfort rooms and 2 studios, complemented by bungalow-style comfort rooms connected to a cosy communal courtyard. It is the ideal place to live and study comfortably in a pleasant environment!

The Rooms and Studios

All comfort rooms and studios will be furnished with comfort and functionality in mind. Each accommodation includes:
*A comfortable box spring bed with mattress (140 x 200 cm)
*A desk and office chair
*A wardrobe
*A refrigerator with freezer compartment
*A combination microwave oven
*A combined heating and air conditioning unit

In addition, there are two communal kitchens where residents can prepare meals and socialise.

The Residence:

The accommodation combines two renovated buildings with adjoining bungalow-style comfort rooms and a cosy communal courtyard. This creates a pleasant living environment where you can study and relax in comfort.

Please note: The project is currently under construction and will be fully completed by 8 February 2027. The photos used are reference images from previous projects and provide a good impression of the expected finishing style and layout. The final result may differ slightly from the images shown.

Rental Prices

Monthly rent: €630–€700, depending on the size and type of accommodation

Fixed monthly charges: €125

The fixed charges include:

Ben je op zoek naar een comfortabele studentenkamer of studio in Leuven voor het opkomende semester? In de Schapenstraat 143-145 wordt momenteel gewerkt aan een vernieuwd studentenhuisvestingsproject dat volledig klaar zal zijn tegen 8 februari 2027.

Het project bestaat uit twee gerenoveerde panden met in totaal 17 comfortkamers en 2 studio’s, aangevuld met bungalowcomfortkamers die aansluiten op een gezellige gemeenschappelijke binnenkoer. Een ideale plek om comfortabel te wonen en te studeren in een aangename omgeving!

De kamers en studio’s

Alle comfortkamers en studio’s worden ingericht met oog voor comfort en functionaliteit. Elke woongelegenheid beschikt over:
*Een comfortabele boxspring met matras (140 x 200 cm)
*Een bureau met bureaustoel
*Een kleerkast
*Een koelkast met diepvriesvak
*Een combioven
*Een combi-unit voor zowel airconditioning als verwarming

Daarnaast zijn er twee gemeenschappelijke keukens waar bewoners terechtkunnen om te koken en samen te komen.

De residentie

De huisvesting combineert twee gerenoveerde panden met aansluitende bungalowcomfortkamers en een gezellige binnenkoer. Zo ontstaat een aangename woonomgeving waar je in alle comfort kunt studeren en ontspannen.

Let op: het project is momenteel nog in opbouw en wordt volledig opgeleverd tegen 8 februari 2027. De gebruikte foto's zijn referentiefoto's van eerdere projecten en geven een goed beeld van de verwachte afwerkingsstijl en indeling. De uiteindelijke uitvoering kan hiervan licht afwijken.
