As one of the housemates has moved away from Antwerp, we're looking for a new co-houser. The house is located on Marnixplaats, right in the center of the vibrant Zuid district!

What’s on offer?

You’ll get a furnished room on the first floor, with plenty of natural light and a small balcony facing the street. All the furniture shown in the photos is included.

The bathroom and kitchen are shared with your housemates. The house also features a cozy little outdoor patio, a basement, and a laundry room with a shared washing machine and dryer.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a spontaneous and social young adult who’s easy-going and comfortable sharing common spaces.

When is it available?

Immediately.

Price?

The all-in price is €795 per month. This includes all the furniture in the photos, as well as internet, gas, water, and electricity.

Er komt een kamer vrij in onze gezellige co-housing op het ZUID!

Gezien 1 van de huurders Antwerpen heeft verlaten, zoeken we een nieuwe co-houser. Het huis is gelegen aan de Marnixplaats, pal in het midden van het bruisende Zuid!

Wat is er in de aanbieding ?

Je krijgt een gemeubelde kamer op de 1ste verdieping, met veel lichtinval en met balkonnetje aan de straatkant. Alle meubels op de foto's zijn inbegrepen.

De badkamer en keuken worden gedeeld onder de huisgenoten. Verder is aanwezig; een gezellig buitenkoertje, een kelder en een washok (met gedeelde wasmachine en droogkast).

Wie zoeken we ?

We zoeken een spontane en sociale jong volwassene die vlot is in omgang en geen probleem heeft met het delen van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.

De All-in Prijs bedraagt 795 EUR per maand. Dit is inclusief alle meubels op de foto's, en ook internet, gas, water en elektriciteit.
