The private ally is accessible through the front gate and gives acces to the appartement block with 8 units. The studio is situated at the top level under the roof and has a duplex layout. The lower floor contains a living area, the kitchen, storage space and the bathroom. The bedroom is on the upper floor. The studio is preferably rented with furniture. Current furnishing includes a bed with mattress, dining table, kitchen equipment including cutlery, tableware and cooking equipement and bathroom cupboards. A washing machine was recently installed in the bathroom.
A viewing is possible after appointment.
The rental contract starts from August 1st 2024 and has a minimum duration of 13 months.

Via een poort krijg je toegang tot het intern steegje dat op het einde uitgeeft op het woongebouw met acht wooneenheden. De studio is gelegen op de bovenste verdieping onder het dak en is als duplex opgebouwd. De onderste verdieping bevat de woonruimte, de keuken, opbergruimte en de badkamer. Op de bovenste verdieping is de slaapkamer ingericht. De studio wordt bij voorkeur bemeubeld verhuurd. In de inrichting zijn een bed met matras, eettafeltje, keukeninrichting met bestek en kookgerief en badkamerkastjes voorzien. Een wasmachine werd recent geïnstalleerd in de badkamer.
Een bezichtiging is mogelijk op afspraak.
Het huurcontract gaat in vanaf 1 augustus 2024 en heeft een minimale looptijd van 13 maanden.
Verlengingen van het huurcontract zijn telkens van september tot en met augustus.
De huurprijs bedraagt 690 euro + 145 euro kosten = totale huur 835 euro.
Er worden in juli 2024 noch kleine schilderwerken en opfrissingen doorgevoerd.
