Located at the cross-roads of Louise, St Gilles and Marolles. Hotel des Monnaies is the nearest metro station and the lively Parvis de St Gilles is just a 3 min walk away. The studio is oriented towards the inside courtyard of the building, so quiet all day long. South-orientation makes for many beautiful sunsets.
You walk in through the hallway containing a spacious cloakroom and separate toilet with fountain. The front door is a high-security armed door. You continue towards the bright living space with fully equipped stylish kitchen. Windows have high performance double glazing and will have curtains. The living space is separated from bedroom by multi-functional wall cabinets giving ample storage space and integrate a wash & dryer. The bedroom and bathroom are merged to form a functional and stylish ensemble.
The studio comes with sofa, side-table, diner table, wash & dryer and 180cm matras. All are brand-new and selected to match the style of the studio. Curtains will be installed soon.
Fixed costs of 150 EUR/month are inclusive water and heating.

Gelocaliseerd op het kruispunt van Louise, St Gillis en de Marollen. Metro is nabij (station Hotel des Monnaies) en op een boogscheut van het levendige St Gillis voorplein. De studio ligt aan de binnenkant van het gebouw waardoor het er altijd een oase van rust is. De zuid-orientatie staat garant voor vele mooie zonsondergangen.
Binnenkomen doe je via een kleine hal met ruime vestiaire en apart toilet. De voordeur is een gewapende veiligheidsdeur. De hal geeft uit op de leefruimte met ingebouwde keuken die omwille van het uitzonderlijke ramenpartij zeer open en licht aanvoelt. De ramen zijn voorzien van hoogrendement dubbel glas. De keuken is voorzien van kwaliteitsvolle inductie kookplaat en vaatwasser.
Een kastenwand scheidt de leefruimte van de slaap & badkamer en biedt een overvloed aan multi-functionele opbergruimte, inclusief een wasmachine en droogkast. De slaapkamer en badkamer met inloop douche vloeien in mekaar, het open loft-gevoel versterkend.
De studio komt met een sofa, bijzet-tafel, eettafel, wasmachine, droogkast en een 180cm matras. Alle items zijn gloednieuw en geselecteerd om met de stijl van de studio mee te gaan. Gordijnen worden eerstdaags geïnstalleerd.
Vaste kosten (150 EUR/maand) zijn inclusief water en verwarming.
