Situated in a small residential apartment building of 7 units, I rent my apartment on the second floor. The apartment was fully renovated in 2018 and has a good EPC-score.
The apartments is at walking distance of the Leuven railway station (1km away) and across the street is a bus station. The city center of Leuven can be easily reached by bike. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the old city center "Oude Markt".
The building has an elevator. The apartment consists of a large living area with open and installed kitchen (including cooking stove, fridge, dish washer and combi oven) and storage, 3 bedrooms, separate toilet, bathroom with walk-in shower and small terrace at the back of the building. The apartment is rented furnished including washing machine and dryer.
I rent the apartment under the system of short duration (i.e. less than 3 years). The effective rental period can be discussed.

Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van het station van Leuven (1km) en aan de overkant van het gebouw is een bushalte. Je staat op minder dan 10min fietsen op de Oude Markt in Leuven.
Er is een lift in het gebouw. Het appartement bestaat uit een ruime leefruimte met open en geïnstalleerde keuken (incl. kookplaat, koelkast, combi-oven en vaatwas) en berging, 3 slaapkamers, apart toilet, badkamer met inloopdouche en klein terras aan de achterkant.
