Situated in a small residential apartment building of 7 units, I rent my apartment on the second floor. The apartment was fully renovated in 2018 and has a good EPC-score.
The apartments is at walking distance of the Leuven railway station (1km away) and across the street is a bus station. The city center of Leuven can be easily reached by bike. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the old city center "Oude Markt".
The building has an elevator.
