FURNISHED apartment with two bedrooms, living room with dining area, bathroom with shower and washing/drying machine, fully equiped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven (no dishwasher!), terrace, ...

The flat immediately available, minimum 1 month rent.

Furniture is included, but not bed linen, towels, cuttlery, cooking pots etc.

Rent is 1200 EUR excluding charges (stay >1 year), 2700 EUR (1-12m)

There are 2 options for the charges:
- 300 EUR all-in for internet, tv, electricity, gas, water, fire insurance (option for short stay expats)
- 35 EUR for water only and put everything else on your own name / contracts directly with suppliers (option for long stay residents)

Deposit is 3 months rent value, excl. charges.

Description of premises 50% cost tenant 50% cost landlord will be executed to make an inventory and state the condition of the flat upon check-in.

Max. one couple and one child/ extra adult

Tenant candidates who wish to apply should write us clearly:
- From when would you like to start renting?
- Until when / for how long would you like to rent?
- With how many persons, adults, children?
- Do you have any pets?
- Do you have a proof of income or work in Belgium?
