The studio is currently still rented out, so viewings are only possible by appointment on September 18/19/20, after telephone confirmation from us. Available from November 1, 2026.

From the house, you have a view of the Coolhem Forest. Park Fort Liezele is within walking distance (+/- 1.5km) of the house.

Nearby there are several bakeries, a butcher, a laundry salon & an Okay supermarket. The center of Puurs, with several shops, is also only a small 2km away.

The studio standardly has 1 private parking space in front of the building, a private entrance hall with enough space for a few closets, a spacious storage room (9m²) with built-in closets, toilet & alcove with stairs to the 1st floor. Behind the building, there is space to place trash cans outside if desired. On the 1st floor are the very light-filled living room & kitchen (25m²), a spacious bedroom (13m²), bathroom with recently installed rain shower, sink & toilet (6m²), as well as connections for a washer/dryer. Furthermore, the studio has a mezzanine (9m²) which currently serves as an extra sleeping place.
