dothub is looking for long-term residents for the semi-private pod area

dothub is a gaming club and lounge in Antwerp, located at Den Dam (Antwerp 2060). Gaming is our main business, however we're only open to guests in the evening, from 17:00 to 00:00. During the day the venue is closed to the public, so the space is calm and quiet: an ideal base for small teams and entrepreneurs who want to work productively in a spacious loft setting.

What you get with your residency:
Semi-private mezzanine pod: a visually distinct, elevated zone with minimal foot traffic, ideal for a team of 10–12 people. It's your own dedicated office area within a spacious loft environment.
Full, independent access: come and go as you need, with your own access to the venue.
On-site host: during our opening hours, a dedicated host or admin is always present.
Shared kitchen: fully equipped and available to residents throughout the day.
Lounge zone: a relaxed common area for informal meetings or a change of scenery.
Meeting rooms: two of our 25 m2 rooms available to you for free.
100 m² rooftop terrace: exclusive resident access to our large outdoor terrace (currently being furnished with seating and umbrellas), perfect for breaks or outdoor work sessions.

Good to know: From 17:00 on weekdays, our gaming club opens to guests and the venue can get lively and noisy. The space is best suited for teams that work regular daytime hours.
