Studio 49 is a wonderful place created in the house where I live with my two children. The studio is on a different floor from the rest of the house, and you have your own entrance without having to go through the rest of the house.
That means you’ll be the sole tenant, you don’t have to share anything you don’t want to share. The additional fees also cover your electricity, gas, water, and internet. You’ll be right on one of Hoboken’s nicest streets. But it also means you can’t register your address at the studio. 📶🏠︎🚰
Studio 49 has just been renovated and furnished. Don’t stress about the little things, they’re all included in the rent. So just plop down on the couch.📺🍿🛋
The bedroom is part of the studio, yet it’s separated from the kitchen and living area. It offers a great sense of space while still keeping the distance between your bed and coffee just right. 🛏️ 📏☕
The kitchen in the studio is nice and spacious and open. You’ll find a fridge with a freezer, a combination oven, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a double sink. The cabinets are stocked with plates, cutlery, pots, and pans. Now all you need are your friends. Come over for dinner! 🍳🍽️🥂
Behind the studio’s only door, you’ll find the toilet, the vanity unit, and the spacious shower.🧼🧖🏻♀️🚿
The garden is shared, and if you ask nicely, you’re sure to be allowed to use the trampoline sometime. Or the barbecue. And there’s also a spot for your bike in the garage. 🌿😎🚲
