This is a recently and fully renovated house in Neerijse, at the end of a dead-end street that runs into open farmland. There is no through traffic, and the living area looks out over the fields toward the valley. Both the beautiful Doode Bemde nature reserve and the endless forests of the Brabantse Wouden are nearby, and Leuven and Brussels are reachable by bike or car.

The house was renovated with energy use in mind: EPC label A+, is well insulated, and has solar panels with a home battery, underfloor heating, and ceiling fans for the summer months.

It is rented furnished, so it is ready to move into.

What this place offers:
* Space and layout: An open living space with kitchen, dining and lounge area and a desk, three bedrooms, a bathroom, two toilets, and a separate utility room.
* Furnished throughout: Beds, wardrobes, desks, dining table and seating are all in place. The kitchen is fitted with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, thermomix, and ample utensils and tableware. Children's toys can stay in the house if that suits you, or be removed — whatever works best.
* Laundry and storage: The utility room holds a washing machine, dryer, an extra fridge with freezer, an additional shower, storage shelves, and washing lines.
* Outdoors: A lawn with a picnic table and quiet spots to sit, bordering the fields. There is also a trampoline, zipline and outdoor playhouse for children.
* Optional mobility: A speed pedelec (fast electric bike), an electric cargo bike and other bikes, including for kids, can be included by arrangement.

How the price works:
* Rent: furnished, weekly cleaning, internet and waste collection included.
* Water, heating and electricity: The rent doesn't include electricity, water or heating — those are billed separately, based on actual use, so you can decide for yourself how efficiently to live. Payments are settled every three months against actual consumption, so there are no surprises at the end of your stay.

House rules:
* No smoking indoors.
* No pets.
* No late-night parties — this is a peaceful residential area, and we kindly ask tenants to respect the neighbours by keeping noise levels low, especially after 10:00 PM.
