It measures 280m² and has 4 bedrooms, an office, a bathroom with toilet, a shower room, a separate toilet, and a large living room with an open-plan kitchen. There is a storage area for bicycles. The boiler is new. A solar water heater provides hot water. A wood-burning stove, an alarm system and softener are also installed. We speak English (albeit slowly!). We would be happy to show you the property. Please no animals.

Nous vous proposons une maison atypique aménagée dans une ancienne ferme. Elle fait 280m2, a 4 chambres, 1 bureau, 1 salle de bain avec wc et 1 salle de douche, un wc un grand living avec cuisine ouverte. Un local de rangement est disponible pour des vélos. La chaudière est récente. Une installation solaire chauffe l’eau sanitaire. Un poêle à bois et une alarme sont présents. Nous parlons anglais (lentement !). Nous vous accueillerons volontiers pour une visite. Animaux non admis.
