• Monthly rents excluding charges vary from €500 to €599 per month depending on the size and duration of the lease, the comfort and facilities of the accommodation and the services offered.
• Service charges (water, heating, electricity, Wi-Fi internet, assistance, surveillance/security and cleaning of common areas) amount to €150 per month
