Charles is a small-scale, high-quality project comprising three high-end residential units on Verlatstraat, right in the centre of Antwerp's bustling South district.

The building exudes class and leans towards the art deco style. There is a playful nod to the stately mansions that characterise this neighbourhood. These were a source of inspiration for CAAN architects. This is reflected in the accentuated cornice of the building, a higher ground floor and the bay window, which give the whole building extra appeal and cachet.
