The new construction project provides 15 spacious apartments with an underground car park, 15 private storage rooms and 3 bicycle sheds. The apartments are accessible via 3 communal staircases with a lift. The entire project has a basement and offers space for 19 parking spaces, 2 of which are reserved for the disabled. There are 3 bicycle sheds in the basement where a total of +/- 40 bicycles can be placed. This basement, with an entrance via the Roosendaalsebaan, is accessible via 3 staircases and 3 elevators, 1 of which is suitable for bicycles.

All apartments are built in accordance with the 2024 EPB regulations and achieve an E level of E20. The apartments are equipped with an air-water heat pump in combination with floor heating. If solar panels need to be installed to reach E20, they will be provided.
