This "total refurbishment" includes, among other things, the removal of the façade cladding and replacement with new façades (natural stone at the front); the apartments will be completely renovated including all utilities, a new elevator, refreshing the existing stairwells, adaptations according to fire safety standards, new interior and exterior joinery, and on top floor 03, two completely new spacious duplex penthouses will be constructed with large rooftop terraces. Additionally, a new bicycle storage facility will be provided, and indoor parking spaces and storage areas will be created.
