Riverside new-build apartments on the Ourthe

Rive Urbaine was born where the water meets the city. On one side, the calm of the Ourthe. On the other, the energy of Liège.

Located at Quai des Ardennes 151 in Chênée, just 10 minutes from the centre of Liège, the project brings together 67 new apartments, from studios to three-bedroom units, including several penthouses, along with 4 service units.

Shops, amenities, transport and leisure facilities are all close at hand, in a lively and well-connected neighbourhood.

Ready for occupancy in early 2028, the apartments put natural light, open views and well-designed living spaces first. Every architectural choice lets residents make the most of a unique setting, with all the comfort expected of a contemporary home.
