The bridge between park and city

In the heart of Mortsel, a brand new city district is rising, the "Stadsterras".

The "Stadsterras of Mortsel" connects the centrally located municipal square with the new city park Old God.
The Sint-Lutgardis school, which was bombed by the Allies in 1943, will be completely preserved and transformed into a residential project with a green inner garden. Stadsterras thus builds a bridge between park and city and between past and future.

In the first phase, beautiful BEN (almost energy neutral) apartments will be offered in three buildings: Mimir with twelve apartments and offices on the ground floor, Iduna with sixteen apartments and Gefion with 39 apartments and a supermarket on the ground floor.
Underground, there willbe more than 250 parking spaces, bicycle racks and storage rooms.
There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available. The first residents will arrive at the end of 2024.
