Elysia is DIFF’s newest development project in the heart of Wemmel, where living and landscape blend together in a natural and harmonious way. The site is located right next to Wemmel’s market square and just a stone’s throw from the historic village centre. You live within walking distance of the lively market and the church, while also being close to the Brussels Ring — keeping the city always within easy reach.

What truly makes Elysia unique is the green environment surrounding the project: a car-free inner area with native trees and plants that enhance biodiversity and create a peaceful setting for both young and old.

In the first phase, 22 apartments, 1 house, and 4 office spaces will be developed.

Elysia was designed by With20/, an experienced Belgian architectural firm with a strong focus on creating high-quality living environments. The project stands out through a thoughtful combination of sustainable materials such as natural stone, exposed concrete, wood, and masonry.
