These flats have an equipped kitchen, intercom system, a spacious living area, 1 or 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, storage room and terrace. If desired, an underground parking space and extra storage space can also be rented.

- fun activities in which you can participate without obligationIn the residence, you can also find a common room and entrance hall. Centrally located here is the office of the residential assistant. The activities take place in this room and are entirely without obligation.
There is also a terrace where activities are organised in summer. A communal waste point for all residents is also located here.
