This new SME zone is located in the new SME zone ‘Langeveld’ in Industriepark B in Heist-op-den-Berg. 

The site has a total surface area of 5.7 ha, of which 2.5 ha will be built with energy-neutral SME units. 

Four collective business buildings will be placed on the site. The units start from 300 m² and can be combined and/or extended up to 25,000 m².

They are suitable for both storage and production. In addition, offices, showrooms and unloading docks can be provided.
