About us
The agency was founded in 1996 by Jean-Michel Marchal in Marbaix. Since 2002, SRL BURIMA — Bureau Immobilier Marchal — has opened a second operating office, first in Lasne and, since 2007, in Waterloo.
The team consists of Jean-Michel Marchal, director and real estate agent, as well as Benjamin Despontin, Pascale Pulinckx, Lara Van Caubergh and Benoit Jacob, approved IPI trainee real estate agents.
Our aim is to establish a genuine dialogue with our clients and, above all, to support them from the signing of the mandate through to the signature of the final deed.
Specialising in mid-range and high-end residential real estate throughout Belgium and even abroad, BURIMA was a pioneer in promoting properties through virtual tours. The agency was named Belgian Agency of the Year in 2013 at the Bientôt Vendu Awards.
