About us
At Global Estate Group, we take the lead with an open view of the world to make a local impact by transforming old sites and buildings into new places to live and do business. The foundations of Global Estate Group were laid by Luc Beke, who founded Globalindus in 2006. As a pioneer in SME parks with a strong focus on industrial projects, the company continued to grow. Under the leadership of current CEO Kathleen Dewulf, all activities were consolidated in 2013 under the new name Global Estate Group. Today, the 30-member team operates from the headquarters in Oostkamp, focusing on the redevelopment of industrial and mixed-use projects in Flanders.
