About us

At the end of 2014, PANORAMA commercial real estate was founded in response to the growing need for professionalization and a no-nonsense approach within the commercial real estate market. This vision, combined with an undisputed determination on commercial real estate, remains the cornerstone of our company culture.

Our expertise in commercial real estate market spans a broad spectrum: from mixed-use residential-workspaces, logistics, and industrial sites to office and commercial spaces and land development. Initially, our focus was on West and East Flanders, with a strong emphasis on the Ghent-Brussels-Antwerp triangle. Over the past six years, we have further expanded our activities to the provinces of Antwerp and Limburg and have also established our presence in Wallonia.

For the West Flanders region, we are based in Bruges and Kortrijk, covering the entire province from north to south. In East Flanders, our office is located in 9051 Ghent (near the Kortrijksesteenweg), while for the provinces of Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, Limburg, and Brussels, we operate from Zellik, near the E40/A12 interchange and the Brussels Ring (RO).

Thanks to our differen branch offices, we are deeply embedded in regional business communities while benefiting from the advantages of a national established network.
Today, our team consists of nineteen dedicated professionals, always ready to provide independent advice. Our expertise in leasing, sales, consultancy, and sale-and-leaseback operations leaves little to the unknown.

We may not be the largest commercial real estate team in Belgium, but we are certainly the most ambitious and approachable. Together with our clients, we always strive for the best possible outcome – it’s in our DNA.
