The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Rental agreement of 3 years and rental deposit of 3 months' rent.

The apartment is located in Kloosterstraat, a gathering place for antique shops and boutiques. There is a pleasant, authentic, and popular atmosphere in the Sint-Andries neighborhood. It feels a bit like a village in the city. In the neighborhood there are cozy and affordable restaurants, and the cultural meeting center Sint-Andries (Costa) provides a very diverse range of music and theatre. Although Sint-Andries is located in the middle of the city, there are some unexpected green spots.
