The living room and the open kitchen offer a cozy and spacious area, ideal to keep an eye on babies. The kitchen is smartly arranged and fully equipped. We used the kitchen counter as a dining table. The entrance is wide and allows for bicycles to be hung vertically from hooks.
Safe and Comfortable - on the 1st floor, there is usually no need to use the elevator unless you must. The entrance door is armored, most furniture is child protected, energy efficient washer/dryer, smart light fixtures (Philips Hue), mosquito nets on the bedroom windows, double glazed windows, downstairs basement (9m2).
