The "Dry Coningen" service flats, located at Leuvensesteenweg 190 in Kortenberg, are managed by the Kortenberg Welfare Centre (OCMW).
The service flats consist of 24 individual flats for senior citizens.
It offers a form of sheltered living with qualitative custom made assistance, allowing senior citizens to live there individually and independently with maximum privacy and freedom in their flat or in one of the communal areas such as the garden or meeting area.
Depending on their needs, residents can make use of additional services offered by the Welfare House or other organisations.

PRICE:
1 bedroom: €36,04 per day.
2 bedrooms: €38,69 per day.

INCLUDED:
- Emergency call system organisation (24 on 24).
- Maintenance of common parts.
- Maintenance of technical installations.
- Garden maintenance.
- Utilities common areas.
- Social and administrative assistance.
- Use of communal areas and garden.
- Water consumption in each flat.

RECORDING CONDITIONS:
- Minimum age is 65 years (at least one of the two partners).
- At least one of the two partners must still be self-reliant.
- You must be registered on the waiting list of a rest home.
