Both the terraces and window openings are integrated into this rhythm, giving the building a stately yet calm appearance to its surroundings.

In terms of materialization and volumetry, the building is a paragon of refinement. The base of the building is designed with a rich, dark plinth that brings the grandeur of Belle Epoque architecture to the neighborhood. The detailed finish and rhythm of the piers form a solid foundation for the upper floors. Additionally, the plinth features a rounded corner, which will house a brasserie that will enhance the neighborhood and add vibrancy to the environment.
