Along this side, there is also an easement (access road) with a total width of 4.00 meters, of which 2.50 meters lies on the plot in question. Behind the house, a garden zone of at least 8.00 meters deep must be preserved. The house may consist of a maximum of two storeys with a maximum cornice height of 6.00 meters. On both the ground floor and the upper floor, the maximum building depth is 13.08 meters, while the maximum facade width is 12.00 meters.
