I am Aksel, 42 year old, software engineer. I like board games, indie music, I’m a bit of a geek, and I also grow Espelette peppers.

I live on site in my bright 180 m² duplex in Anderlecht, 10 min from Gare du Midi and Clémenceau, on the 4th floor with no elevator.

I’m renting out 2 private rooms:
Small room: 9 m² — €550 all included
Large room: 18 m² — €750 all included

The rooms are furnished with a Japanese futon on tatami, desk, chair, wardrobe, storage and lamps.

The apartment includes a large 85 m² living area, open equipped kitchen, bathroom, large entrance area, basement for bike/scooter, and a shared garden in front.

Included: fiber internet, cleaning twice a month, water softener, washing machine.

Move-in: early September preferred, August possible.

Registration possible.

I’m looking for calm, respectful, non-smoking people who are comfortable with a future cat. Remote work welcome, ideally hybrid. Friendly atmosphere, quiet during the day and silent at night.

I’m open to a mixed-gender shared home, with good communication and respect for common spaces.
